NOW HIRING — LOCATION MANAGER

The Green Line Cafe, a family-owned coffeehouse business in West Philadelphia has an immediate opening for a full-time manager for one of our three locations. We seek an experienced barista who is self-motivated, detail-oriented, posesses a positive outlook, and can demonstrate strong interpersonal and organizational skills. Prior management experience a plus. Experience maintaining coffee equipment also a plus. The manager will report directly to the owners and be responsible for all aspects of the success of the location, including serving customers as a barista, training and evaluating staff, placing and receiving orders, and general maintenance of the shop.

Since 2003, The Green Line Cafe has become more than just a neighborhood coffeehouse. It is a true community hub that serves the vibrant and diverse community of West Philly.

This is a full-time position. Health insurance and other benefits will be discussed at the interview.
