Green Line Partners with One Book One Philadelphia

OneBookOnePhila
For the second year in a row, The Green Line is a community partner for the Free Library of Philadelphia’s annual One Book One Philadelphia. This year’s title is The Complete Persepolis by Marjane Satrapi. This graphic novel is a poignant, humorous, and heartbreaking memoir of growing up in Iran during a time of political revolution and repression.

One Book One Philadelphia kicks off January 20, and runs through March 17–an eight-week long series of workshops, performances, discussions, and feasts! Get involved with Green Line!

Book discussion groups, Wednesdays in February, Green Line Baltimore Ave, 7:30pm. We’ll have coffee and tea specials available to discussion participants!
Join us Friday February 12 for the opening of our exhibition Tell and Show, featuring the work of graphic novelists from around Philadelphia! (more details to follow)

Visit One Book One Philadelphia for full listings of all the terrific events!
